I really like motoring assistance, I just renewed with them for a second year and they have a 50% discount at the moment.
Last year I called them at least 3 times once for a tow and twice for a dead battery, the call out fee was £30 they came within 1 hour, resolved my issues. They are friendly, efficient, informational and professional. I highly recommend this company for breakdown cover.

Great response . I have always been with green flag in the past . They are brilliant at all they do .

I Rang up motoring assistance as my Payment was not going through online,
I spoke to an operator who i asked a couple of questions to he was annoyed at this especially after I asked for he’s name, He then said 1 minute mate and said to he’s colleague “ this fu**** guy is being a norse”. All while thinking he had me on mute, I asked him I beg you a pardon he then cut me off.

No professionalism, this guy is not bothered about motoring assistances reputation. 7/2/2023 at 9:10 am.

phoned to renew policy and all finished in short time offered extra services but did not require them and was not hassled to buy by friendly salesman.

Regarding a review I posted. Telephone number 01465300018 contacted me using the name Motor Assist. When the number is googled Motoring Assistance comes up so someone is using a very similar name.

Very easy to renew cover for 12 months. Excellent value, given the level of cover offered.

Last year I had a breakdown at my daughter’s house. The better of the car was giving me a lot of problems. At that time Green Flag helped me to get back home.

No problems so far. Not yet had to call on recovery service. application and renewal quick and easy.Good price.

Provided valuable assistance with buying Green Flag cover for my car after a number of failed attempts the previous day due to new unacceptable levels of security introduced by Visa that prevented me from using my Visa card online,an agent from Motoring Assistance called the following day and helped me through the process using the same card !!!,totally unecessary added security.

I’ve been with Motor Assist for 2 years now. I recently needed help. I received excellent customer service when I needed help after I hit a pit hole and needed a tyre change late at night. They took 90 mins to get to me but I was glad to get the help I needed. This is only the 2nd time I’ve needed to call for help. Thank you!
